Our priority remains the health and safety of residents, their families, and our staff team.
We have worked and continue to work within the guidelines issued by government and devolved government around COVID 19.
Our management team is dedicated to ensuring that our practices, policies and procedures are in line with the guidelines and that our staff teams are aware of what these are.
We work closely with our partners in the NHS and in Social Care utilising the skills of the local health protection teams as required.
The teams in each of our homes are updated as things change and ensure our residents are as safe as possible during the pandemic.
The restrictions on visitors means we are unable to provide prospective residents or their families with an opportunity to visit the home to see what we offer and speak with other residents who enjoy our services.
We can, however, provide a virtual show-around on request. Every new resident will be subject to a period of isolation on admission in line with the guidance, but our staff teams aim to make this period as interesting and enjoyable as possible.
At the same time all our homes use digital technology to allow face to face calls to be made on-line to families and friends. After all we are here to care and that’s exactly what we do, care.
