Respite or ‘short term’ care is perfect for those who aren’t in need of a long term residency. Respite stays can be a matter of days or weeks, we even offer commitment free trail periods to help you decide whether Astune Rise is the best place for you or your loved one.
Residential care refers to the assistance we provide to our residents who require a little extra help carrying out daily activities such as washing, changing and eating. This care category is perfect for those who are sound of mind, however need a little extra support throughout the day.
We provide nursing care for those who suffer with mental or physical conditions and disabilities, and therefor require specialist care and support for up to 24 hours a day, including long term illness and rehabilitation stays. Our team is on hand all hours of the day and night to ensure help is always near.
We are committed to supporting elderly members of the community through personalised support planning, allowing everyone to live fulfilling, satisfying, hopeful and meaningful life.Meet The Team
“We are consistently impressed by the compassion and professionalism of the care and nursing team, I always feel safe in the knowledge that my grandmother is in the best hands”
Celebrating The Individual
We value every individual, their history and their experiences. All of our care is specific to the individual and we treat no two residents the same. We believe the key to great care is personalisation.
It is of primary importance to us that all of our residents are treated with compassion and respect by every member of staff. We work to provide care and support that focuses on reducing the severity and frequency of difficult behaviours, easing the stress and confusion of residents themselves.
Going into care doesn’t have to mean losing your independence! All of our Care home grounds are specially designed to allow residents maximum mobility, and we always offer opportunities to discover and develop skills and resilience.
