Our lovely period building is beautifully decorated and equipped with all of the latest health and safety features to ease mobility around the home and improve the independence of our residents as much as possible.
We have a beautiful patio garden, that offers a tranquil and peaceful setting for residents to enjoy. All of our rooms are decorated in neutral colours and we encourage everyone to bring their own decorations and small furnishings to make the place their own.

There’s always plenty to do in the home, we have a rolling activity plan which is displayed every Monday, offering a different activity on a daily basis that residents can choose to participate at their leisure as well as monthly planned activities and trips.
We have a summer and winter pantomime as well as visits from entertainers and special guests. Family and friends are always welcome to visit the home whenever they like, and day trips can always be negotiated with the team.

We offer a wide variety of food to suit everyone’s tastes and preferences and rotate our menus regularly to ensure it never gets boring, and there’s always plenty of opportunities for drinks and snacks.
There are always hot and cold choices available all of our food is freshly prepared on site using as many fresh ingredients as possible. We have a large dining area where residents can choose to eat with friends and family or they are equally welcome to take dinner in their room if preferred.

All of our staff are fully qualified and receive regular training to ensure their knowledge and skills are always up to date. We also maintain an excellent working relationships with local healthcare professionals including GP’s, dentists and specialist nurses who can be called in for specific requirements.
Our residents play an essential role in all that goes on in the home, with regular consultation and meetings to discuss everything from meals to activities.
